Faster answers to your pricing and portfolio questions

One change in the price or pack size of one single product, yours or a competitor, may cause an avalanche effect and impact the performance of all market players. For situations where you want to quickly investigate the effects of up to ten pricing scenarios, SKIM offers Speedy Pricing.

Sometimes you do not need a full-fletched price sensitivity study. You just want a quick answer: what happens if I set the price of my product at X, and/or if my competitor sets its price to Y. If the question is this simple, Speedy Pricing is the answer. With Speedy Pricing, we efficiently describe (up to 10) scenarios covering price actions and reactions and we assess purchase behaviors in each scenario.

We create a set of virtual shelves representing the pricing scenarios. For each scenario, consumers choose which product they would buy and our analysis will tell you, across scenarios, how sales are distributed over the products in that market, and how your sales value will be impacted by the price changes.

We also use Speedy Pricing to quickly assess the effects of price promotions and the pricing of new product introductions.
