Ci3

Note to Windows Vista users: Vista no longer supports the WinHelp files used in Ci3 by default. In order to view help in Ci3, please download the WinHelp program from Microsoft (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=82148).

To install the latest version of Ci3, please follow these directions:

If you are installing the product for the FIRST TIME, skip to STEP 2. If you have an older version of Ci3 already installed on your computer, please continue. Also current users of SMRT will need to update that product at the same time they update Ci3

1. Uninstall Previous Versions
Uninstall your old version using the "Add/Remove Programs" feature found in the Windows Control Panel. This will not remove or alter any of your existing survey files.

Note: This version no longer supports Windows 98. If you are unable to upgrade your operating system please use the previous version.

2. Download Program
Click on the following link to download the new program files:

Download Ci3

Your browser should ask you whether you want to run the program from its current location or download the file to your hard drive. We suggest that you run the program from its current location. However, if you have a slow internet connection, need to distribute the new version to other licensed users, or if you may need to install again at a later time, you may want to save the download file to your hard drive.

3. Launch Installation Program
If you have chosen to run the installation program from its current location, the installation process will start automatically. Otherwise, you will need to manually launch the Ci3_v2_6_14.exe installation program.

4. Enter User ID Information
At the end of the installation process, you will need to import your .userid file that was included in your software purchase email.
