Join us at the 11th SKIM/Sawtooth Software event in Berlin!
Together with Sawtooth Software, we are pleased to announce the joint 2013 SKIM/Sawtooth Software European Conference and Training event. This event will take place from April 9 to 12, 2013 in the Marriott Hotel in Berlin, Germany.
All about quantitative market research methods - and more
The SKIM/Sawtooth Software event isn't your regular quantitative research gathering. It stands out by combining an open environment for knowledge sharing with social activities, all within the comfort of a great location. At this event, marketing researchers, consultants, academics, developers and methodologists meet to present and discuss their ideas and to reveal new research solutions. You will learn about the advances in market research tools, applications, techniques and methodologies.
We have held this event every year over the last decade and it typically draws about 60 to 80 attendees. Starting this year, the event will be held every 18 months (instead of every year) to put it in better rotation with the US-based Sawtooth Software conference - also held every 18 months.
Four days of lectures, workshops and paper presentations
The event consists of four days of lectures, workshops and paper presentations. It is customary that Choice-Based Conjoint receive a lot of attention; surely though, the event indulges the variety seekers as well. The sessions are targeted at industry professionals and research users alike, irrespective of whether you are a current Sawtooth Software user.
The conference and training sessions are co-hosted by Sawtooth Software.
Program
- April 9-10: Menu-Based Choice (MBC) and CBC workshops. Two separate 2-day workshops that feature hands-on application of MBC and CBC software.
- April 10-11: 2- and 4-hour tutorials. A variety of topics will be presented, most focusing on tradeoff/preference-based modeling.
- April 12: Conference Papers. 8 to 10 carefully selected papers will be presented, both from the practitioner as well as from the academic community.
