Rich Johnson | Fouder and Chairman, Sawtooth Software Inc.
Rich Johnson is the founder of Sawtooth Software, and currently serves as its Chairman. In 1959 he earned a PhD in Psychology with emphasis on mathematical methods for studying human behavior. Prior to Sawtooth Software he spent several years with Procter & Gamble, ten years as Technical Director of Market Facts, Inc. and five years with the John Morton Company, a marketing strategy company which he co-founded. While working as a market researcher he developed methods for statistical analysis which eventually provided the foundation for several Sawtooth Software products.
Bryan Orme | President, Sawtooth Software Inc.
Bryan received his BA (1991) from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin (1993). Prior to joining Sawtooth Software, Bryan worked in the marketing sciences department at IntelliQuest, Inc. He has published over sixty articles on conjoint analysis and received the David K. Hardin award for the best paper published in Marketing Research during 2004. Bryan is the author of the book, Getting Started with Conjoint Analysis, and also has authored numerous Sawtooth Software technical papers and manuals.
Bryan has been active at the American Marketing Association's Advanced Research Techniques (A/R/T) Forum. He was twice the co-recipient of the Best Presentation award at A/R/T (1996 and 2004), served on the Program Committee in 2002, and chaired the event in 2003. He has also served as an ad hoc reviewer for the Journal of Marketing Research.
Brian McEwan | Consultant, Sawtooth Software Inc.
Brian graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's in Business Management where he gained an interest in modeling and consumer behavior. He joined Sawtooth Software upon graduation in 2008 in the jack-of-all-trades consultant role where he participates in sales, software development, and consulting on survey programming and conjoint design.
Keith Chrzan | Chief Research Officer, Maritz Research
Keith is having great fun as the Chief Research Officer at Maritz Research, where in addition to serving clients and developing new products, he gets a R&D budget to fund research-on-research efforts. Prior to joining Maritz he had marketing science gigs at IntelliQuest, Inc. and ZS Associates, and wonderful client-side research experiences at Boehringer Mannheim Diagnostics and Bayer, Inc.
Keith holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy of Religion from Notre Dame made marketable with an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University, in Bloomington, Indiana. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences like the Advanced Research Techniques Forum and the Sawtooth Software Conference.
Richard Neggers | Senior Research Consultant, SKIM
Richard is Senior Research Consultant at SKIM Services and Software. In his current position he takes care of client management and development, provides consulting and training on (complex) conjoint applications and projects in a vast array of industries and subjects. He joined SKIM in 2005 as Research Consultant executing numerous conjoint research projects along with providing support on Sawtooth Software products. Richard has a Msc in Services and Retail Marketing from Tilburg University and holds a Bachelor degree in International Business from Western Carolina University (UNC campus, U.S.A.) and a Bachelor degree in International Management from the Netherlands.
Jeroen Hardon | Research Consultant, SKIM
Jeroen started working at SKIM |Research Services & Software at the beginning of September 2008. He started his professional career as a gymnast. Which in 1997 results into making it into the national team. While going to several European and World Championships in the following years, he managed to combine his sports career with a study commercial economics. In his current position, taking care of client management, providing consulting and training on (complex) conjoint applications and projects, he is able to use his perseverance, tenacity which made his sports career possible to bring the projects to a higher level.
Maureen Arink | Research Director, SKIM
Maureen Arink is responsible for method development for the consumer research division at SKIM. She brings close to 15 years experience in market research, out of which she has spent over 10 years at SKIM. She has conducted countless conjoint-based pricing and portfolio studies and has been involved in several projects to develop and evaluate research techniques. Before joining SKIM, Maureen was researcher at Tilburg University in the Netherlands, where she has also completed her studies in Business Economics.
Gerard Loosschilder | Chief Methodology Officer, SKIM
Gerard Loosschilder is responsible for the product development and innovation program at SKIM. Gerard has 20 years of market research experience in various positions on the client and the agency side. He holds a PhD in market research from Delft University of Technology in Delft, the Netherlands. Before joining SKIM, he was Senior Director of Market Intelligence at Philips Domestic Appliances and Personal Care. Gerard was co-author of the chapter 'Developing a Company Strategy' in the 5th, most recent edition of Esomar's Market Research Excellence handbook (2007).
