Dirk Huisman | Founder and Chairman
Dirk is a thought leader in advanced market research methodologies, a specialist in conjoint analysis and related methods, and a recognized advocate of these methods in the market research world. Next to developing SKIM into today's international market research agency, over the years he presented at many industry conferences, was involved in development of market research organizations MOA and ESOMAR, won an ESOMAR award twice and published over 30 papers on various themes (pricing, choice behavior, means end, product development, future of market research, and conjoint analysis).

Karin Lieshout | Managing Director
Having joined SKIM in 1993 and contributing to its growth and success ever since, Karin is one of the two founding partners of SKIM. Her career led her through all aspects of the market research profession and the SKIM organization, from day-to-day project management and challenging our marketers through business development to general management. It made Karin the glue in the SKIM organization. Today, recognizing that people are our key assets, Karin is SKIM's Managing Director with a focus on Human Resources Management.

Gerard Loosschilder | Chief Methodology Officer
Gerard Loosschilder is responsible for SKIM’s innovation and product development program. Specialized in strategic market research, Gerard is experienced in the translation of study results into market insights and business recommendations. Gerard Loosschilder has 20 years of market research experience under his belt, in various positions in academia, on the client and the agency side, across consumer and healthcare businesses, and in the Netherlands as well as the United States. He has a PhD in market research from Delft University of Technology (Delft, the Netherlands).
Gerard: "What drives me is to have that defining moment of 'Now we get it. Now we understand some we did not get before.', together with the client. And then help the client's business act in accordance with the insight."
