Reservations at the Renaissance hotel

We have arranged a special room rate for you of € 129. 
This special rate is valid until April 22, 2010.

You can make your reservations at the Renaissance Hotel in the following way:

  1. By telephone
    • call the reservations department at +49 221 2034 700
    • make sure you mention that you are joining the SKIM event. The codeword is "please advise"

  2. By internet
    • click on the following link
    • on the right hand side of the website you can find the reservations section
    • enter your arrival date to begin the reservation process
    • the group code OK3 is automatically listed
    • then press Check Availability - this will display all possible options
    • here you can select your preference for rooms (smoking/non smoking, king bedded or twin bedded etc.)
    • also enter your credit card to guarantee the reservation
    • the system will immediately make your reservation and an email confirmation will be sent
